She made her film debut in 2009 with the short film "Into Dust." In 2015, Sinclair portrayed Angela in the youth comedy-drama film "Paper Towns," alongside Nat Wolff, Cara Delevingne, Holston Sage, and others. The film is an adaptation of John Green's novel of the same name.
The following year, Jaz Sinclair played the role of Anna, a surrogate mother, in the thriller "When the Bough Breaks" (2016), directed by Jon Cassar.
In 2017, she appeared in the American youth fantasy series "The Vampire Diaries."
